New Performance Review

We have just conducted a new Performance Review. The Performance Review is conducted by the Retention Consultant 12 months after the candidate has started hers/his mission at our Client. The Performance Review is an audit that concentrates on the targets defined in The Reflection Report in order to follow up on the candidates performance as well as areas for improvement for the Client.

THE PROJECT: Recruit a new APAC Director, located in China

THE CLIENT: A Scandinavian global Med Tech company.

THE MISSION: The company has a market leding position globally but that was not the case in China and Asia. Over the years they have build up the operations and now it was time to build up the sales organisation as well. The target for the new APAC Director was to build up sales in China (practicly no sales revenue) in the first phase and rest of Asia in the second.

RESULT: The new APAC Director reached well over the targets in China and also dramatically increased the revenue in other prioritized markets in Asia.

Once again Outstanding Performance by a APAC Director recruited by Retention.
