The Performance Review
We have just completed a new Performance Review. The Performance Review is conducted by the Retention Consultant 12 months after the candidate has started hers/his mission at our Client.
THE PROJECT: Recruit a new CEO, located in China
THE CLIENT: A Scandinavian investment company with operations both in Europe an Asia.
THE MISSION: The company is one of the oldest in Scandinavia and the target for the new CEO was to trim and grow with 10 %. They have had flat growth fo several years.
RESULT: The new CEO reached 20 % growth and also dramatically increased the productivity. Done within 12 months.
